Refund policy
Products Cannot Be Returned Once Delivered
Once the product has been delivered, returns will not be accepted in adherence to our safety and hygiene standards.
If Your Order Arrives Damaged
- Inform us within 24 hours of delivery.
- Video proof of the unboxing is required.
- If eligible, we'll process a replacement or full/partial refund after reviewing the evidence.
- Once the replacement is dispatched, it is expected to be delivered within 4-7 business days.
Requests without unboxing videos or made after 24 hours won’t be eligible for refunds or replacements.
Return Process
- Email us at aaravcosmetic2023@gmail.com with your order ID and unboxing video.
- Once verified, refunds will be processed within 4 - 7 business days to your original payment method.
Note: Damages caused after delivery, improper use, or negligence will not be covered.
Cancellations
- Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours for a full refund.
- After 2 hours, a 30% deduction applies for prepaid orders.
- If the order is already shipped, no cancellation or refund is possible.
